KOBELCO SPECIAL PROMO CAMPAIGN GUIDELINES

Stated herein are the Kobelco Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions

Promo Inclusions:

• 1 unit will include Free 5 sets of bucket teeth (25 pieces)
• 3 years warranty
• Primecare Platinum service package of 6,000 hours with free PMS parts, labor, oil, and lubricants.

Promo duration:

The campaign runs from May 22, 2023, until supplies last only.

Availability:

The campaign is applicable to 10 units of Kobelco SK220XDLC-10 only.

Payment & Eligibility:

1. The Campaign is open to new or existing clients of Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. on a first-come first-serve basis.
2. The payment options are Cash or Bank Finance
3. Clients who will avail of the promo must issue an official Purchase Order (PO) within the campaign period.
4. The Client is required to pay a 20% Down Payment to secure the reservation immediately or within 1 week after issuing their official purchase order (PO)
5. In such cases, the Client "Fails" to fulfill the required 20% Down Payment within a week Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel their order and offer to other willing clients.

Partnership:

Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. (EOS) is in partnership with RCBC Leasing & Finance Corporation as the exclusive partner bank to extend their bank financing terms to Equiprime customers.

Mobilization/Logistics:

All units during this campaign are on a pick-up basis only. Delivery to the client's site will be on the buyer's account unless otherwise stated subject to additional costs.

Termination:

Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this promo at any given time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on the official website and social media accounts.
